cb5a6a122c Enable CH341 module in chromebook kernel configs 
The new USB serial adapter from friendlyarm uses the CH341 module, so
lets enable it in the chromebook kernels.

b828438b5e Add kernel config for Samsung/HP Chromebook 
This adds the kernel config for the Samsung/HP Chromebooks that use a 3.8 kernel
but the wifi that is used on them comes from 3.4.
